Our equine facilitated learning (EFL) program helps you build a connection with the horses by listening to their expression and in turn listening to yourself. We hone in on the quietness of the moment and being present with the emotion of this connection.
We work with people that have experience in trauma, birth trauma, depression, postpartum depression, cancer, chronic disease, at-risk youth, and other challenges that require healing.
